In Dubrel v. Maple Crest Auto Group, A-3321-10T3 (App. Div. January 30, 2012), the New Jersey Appellate Divison found that the petitioner violated the New Jersey Workers' Compensation Fraud Statute when he misrepresented his physical abilities on direct examination.
